Providing "Programs With A Purpose" is the mission of World Link, a private non-profit organization headquartered in Kalona, Iowa (USA). World Link conducts exchange programs for educators and youth through government sponsored projects that seek to improve the understanding and cooperation among the peoples and cultures of the world. World Link is a unique exchange organization that conducts only publically sponsored exchange programs that serve a citizen diplomacy mission. Thus: World Link is Programs With A Purpose.

World Link exchange programs and projects seek develop youth leadership activities around the globe utilizing merit based selection processes. Government and private sponsors fund scholarships to provide opportunities to students to experience the real culture and lifestyle of the United States that might not have the opportunity to do so through a privately sponsored exchange program. World Link provides exchange opportunities with countries that the U.S. Government wishes to have a better understanding with and provides opportunities for visiting students to become citizen diplomats in representing their culture and country to Americans through cultural presentations. World Link currently conducts high school exchange programs that focuses on the development of a successor generation through leadership skill development, appreciation of diversity and service to their community through exchange programs.
